Yogost and the No. 3 Road Story

PART 1 | THE PLACE
A bright white storefront inside Lansdowne Centre on No. 3 Road.
The glass doors open directly into the mall concourse. Inside, four illuminated arches shape one wall while gold-rimmed tables sit beside yellow and brown velvet chairs.
The white floor and stepped ceiling lights give the room a calm rhythm. When the store is quiet, footsteps from the concourse become part of the atmosphere.

PART 2 | BEHIND THE GLASS
Behind the counter, the pace changes.
A sealing machine, a refrigerator, and rows of labeled bottles define the workspace. Team members in caps and masks each take responsibility for one station.
Seen through the glass, the movements connect: take a cup, pour, seal, label, and place it at the window. The process continues with almost no pause between steps.

PART 3 | COLLECT YOGURT
Two Chinese characters make the identity of the cup unmistakable.
At the end of the counter, a white lightbox reads Collect Yogurt. A typical restaurant might use the words Pick Up Order. Yogost changes the language to say exactly what is being handed over.
It is not milk tea and it is not simply dessert. It is yogurt, passed across the counter and carried back into the mall.
