Yogost Arrives in Winnipeg

PART 1 | THE PLACE
A corner unit in a roadside commercial strip in Winnipeg.
A restaurant sits to one side, a pizza shop to the other, and the storefront faces a broad parking area. The brick wall guides customers from the entrance around the corner.
A long line changes the familiar streetscape. People in jackets and hoodies wait together, some talking and others scrolling through their phones.

PART 2 | THE REHEARSAL
Consistency begins with practice behind the counter.
White caps, aprons, and disposable gloves fill the workspace. Measuring cups, sealing machines, and yogurt containers each become part of a sequence the team learns by hand.
Two cups are held side by side. Is the texture right? Has the rice settled correctly? Where does one differ from the standard? If something is off, the team makes another and checks again.

PART 3 | THE CONNECTION
Careful preparation creates room for an easy moment with customers.
Beneath the glowing Yogost character, people sit with a drink in hand and continue their conversation without rushing away.
The practice behind the counter is invisible in the finished cup. Customers experience only a smooth, consistent purple rice yogurt — and decide for themselves when they want to return.
